On this work-stack I was the front-end dev responsible for migrating the website from the existing CMS to Drupal, as well as design and implementation of on-going improvements.
One of the sections I designed and built was a new destination guide section which included an overview layout and a place layout.
I also implemented the Apache Solr based faceted search page, which included UX / UI work on the specifics of the filter tools as well as the ‘package cards’ design. In addition for this page I wrote some custom Javascript based Google Analytics event tracking functions which gave us very specific metrics on how users were interacting with the tool.
